Virtual Personal TrainingSo whether you are one of my regular personal training clients here in London and are traveling away or you live elsewhere in the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA or anywhere in the world, we can work together, online personal training / virtual personal training, to achieve your ultimate training programme, diet plan, workout plan & goals, all wherever you are, but with my guidance & motivation, as if we are in the same place. Using email, whatsapp and skype we can speak on a regular basis together.

I also do bespoke packages for specific holidays, projects & postings, or even daily depending on your needs. I will also travel on VIP projects, holidays and tours.

If you are traveling to London and are working with me online, then you will already have an online personal trainer you know, can rely on and trust to train you while you are here in London as well. It will be great to meet up and show you around our London parks.

Online Personal Training

Have you ever felt the need or want to keep active but don’t have the time or simply are not sure what to do?

This project is in the form of a weekly plans where on a Sunday evening you start a bodyweight workout that can be performed anywhere in a minimal amount of time. We are talking 30-45 minutes max!

These workouts will be doable three days a week and alongside you get useful nutrition tips and some fun  fitness related facts! The great thing about bodyweight exercises is they can be modified all the time to match your individual strengths and weaknesses as you progress and your surroundings. Exercises that one may not be able to do will be given an alternative to make sure a complete and challenging workout is achieved.

Its such a great opportunity to grab exercise by the reins and give it a try, get back into it, or continue what you are already doing with the added reassurance of my guidance!
